You MUST provide a visual reference. I don't do text only commissions.
I reserve the right to decline a commission!
PSD files are not provided!
You can repost the work to your social media, but credit MUST be provided.
No refunds after the sketch has been completed.*
Commission Process!
Character details will be worked out before starting on any commission. This includes reference images--if an image of a character element (clothes, hairstyle, etc.) can't be provided, try to find one as best you can, and specify what you want changed! I'll try my best to get what you want done--as long as there is the base image.
I will send updates throughout the commission process! You will receive an update at the end of the sketch phase and the flat colors stage. After the final image has been completed, you'll be sent the full resolution .png of the work!
I can take up to 40 days on a commission! I like to get them done within 2 weeks at the least--but sometimes life happens! If an amount of time has passed beyond 14 days, feel free to check in with me about where I'm at in the process!
Revisions!
Unlimited minor revisions and ONE major revision are allowed DURING THE SKETCH PHASE. After the sketch phase, all revisions incur an additional fee. Basic, simple revisions that don't largely affect the painting process will not incur extra charges! If a progress update is sent and I ask for feedback or need help understanding a detail in the commission, this will also not incur an additional fee. Please don't abuse the revisions clause.Minor Revisions: +10% charge of base price per revision
Major Revisions: +50% charge of base price per revision
Payment!
I take full payment upfront! Additional fees will be calculated before and throughout the commissioning process. If additional fees incur, the extra payment will be requested, and the final commission will be delivered AFTER receiving full payment.Refunds may be requested during the sketch phase, where 50% of the money already sent will be returned. After that, ALL PAYMENTS ARE FINAL, with NO REFUNDS UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE. If, for whatever reason I am unable to complete your commission, I will issue a full refund*.Sketch commissions are ineligible for refunds at all!
Payment plans may be set up for larger commissions, and details can be discussed on a case-by-case basis.

All commissions are for personal use only and cannot be used for profit.I retain all rights to all of my works. Nothing may be resold, printed, or used commercially without the paid-for rights to do so and my explicit permission. Under no circumstances may my work be used for AI or NFTs. I have the right to monetize and use my art as I choose, which includes marketing, merchandise sales, and promotion on any social or portfolio pages.
